otlatm accepts returns for eligible products. We want customers to feel confident when purchasing vintage-inspired coffee cups and drinkware from our store. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at service@otlatm.com so we can review your request and provide return instructions.

To start a return, customers must contact us first and provide the order number, email address used at checkout, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or may not be accepted.

Items must be returned in a clean, unused condition, with original packaging and accessories when applicable. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, missing components, or improper packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

If the return is caused by customer preference, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our side, such as receiving the wrong item or a confirmed defective product, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Because coffee cups and drinkware may be fragile, please package returned items carefully. We recommend using protective packaging and a trackable shipping method. otlatm is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from otlatm or required by applicable law.
